Painting Plein Air: Wild Culture's Weekend Watercolours

For beginning or advanced painters, let’s be together and get some painting done in the outdoors until October 30. We’ll record the changing seasons and afrterwards retire to a beverage establishment. It’s not instruction, but we’ll share our knowledge and curiosity about art and technique as part of the communal experience. Non-watercolourists welcome, of course!

Sunday September 4, meet at Castle Frank Station at 2 pm (subway between Pape and St. George replaced by shuttle bueses today, which stop at Castle Frank Station. Secondary meeting point, at 2:30 pm, at the Brickworks complex, north end of farmer's market (west) building, facing the pond. Destination: Chorley Park and the Brickworks. Saturday September 17, the creek bed under the St. Clair Ave. East bridge, between Yonge St. and Mt. Pleasant. Meet at St. Clair Station entrance at 2 pm. If late or lost, call 647-823-1233.

All sessions start at 2 pm and last about 2 1/2 hours.

$10 fee for each session.
